Do you remember studying in the stacks? Have you always wondered what's up in that tower? Either way, you won't want to miss the Zimmerman Library Tower Tour. See parts of Zimmerman not open to the public, glimpse hints of ghosts from the past. Limited to 10 people per tour, so register now.
The original wing of Zimmerman Library was completed and opened in 1938 and has been in constant use since.It was designed by John Gaw Meem, one of the most well-known architects in the southwest. It is a popular place for quiet study and is often used for special events.

Where do I meet the tour guide?
Meet the tour guide at the information desk in the main floor lobby of Zimmerman Library.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to attend the tour?
There is no ID or age requirement for the tour. However, tour participants may be asked to climb stairs.

Where can I park?
Nearby visitor parking is located in the Yale Parking Structure. Fees are charged by the hour. More parking information can be found here: http://pats.unm.edu/parking/visitors.html
