CARC: Intermediate Introduction to HPC and SLURM In-Person
Be sure your CARC account request has been approved before registering for this workshop.
This intermediate level workshop introduces high performance computing with the SLURM scheduler. Prior knowledge of Linux, including basic knowledge of BASH shell scripts is assumed. If you you are not familair with Linux we suggest taking the "Beginner's Introduction to CARC" workshop before this one.
This workshop will use the SimCov immunology modelling application as an example.
